The First Steps in Advancing your Management and Leadership Abilities

At Rising Sun Consultants, we recognize that every individual has the power to make a change within themselves and their organization. For those in management or leadership roles, we’re happy to provide training and guidance on effective ways to make an impact and how to be a catalyst for growth and improvement within your organization.

We believe that for any organization to be successful, it is essential that they focus on the growth and development of their people. It is our goal to serve those individuals in creating, developing and maintaining a culture which inspires and motivates those around them to reach new horizons – both personally and professionally.

Let us help

If you’re interested in taking the next steps to bettering yourself as a manager and leader, we’re here to help. Rising Sun Consultants’ Management and Leadership training, development and coaching are offered to help you or your employees to become effective leaders within the organization and beyond.

Here at Rising Sun, our approach differs from that used by many organizations as we see supervision as having more to do with coaching than strictly instruction and accountability. We base our leadership training model off of a ‘servant leadership’ philosophy that seeks the growth and good of others within an organization first and foremost. Proper training will translate into greater employee retention and productivity, meaning a better and more desirable environment for you to work and lead within.

Our resource, “The 10 Keys of Effective Supervision” will equip you to train those in your organization for a culture of unity, encouragement, realistic accountability, value, ownership, healthy change, and excellence, among other things.

I would highly recommend Rising Sun Consultants to any organization looking to improve their leadership and supervision while developing a healthy organizational culture.
