LeadershipSystems™

Rising Sun Consultants’ proprietary LeadershipSystems™ program provides our clients with the knowledge and skills required to be effective organizational leaders.  Divided into three programs, LeadershipSystems™ targets three specific knowledge/skill sets based on the background and responsibilities of the audience.  Each program consists of 3 individual full-day sessions with up to 20 participants and include:

LeadershipSystems™ I - focuses on management skills for those responsible for handling activities, resources, and processes within their organization. 

LeadershipSystems™ II - focuses on supervisory skills for those who have the responsibility of overseeing employees within their organization. 

LeadershipSystems™ III - focuses on administrative/executive skills for those who have accountability over an entire department, division or organization.
