Dennette Moul, M.S., HRD
Senior Consultant


Dennette Moul holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from West Chester University in Speech Communications.  She received her Masters of Science from Villanova University in Human Organizational Science, Human Resources Development. 

As a Human Resources professional for over 15 years, Dennette has held a variety of management positions in multiple industries.  Dennette believes in focusing on Organizational Development and Training in order to create an engaged and versatile workplace.  She has developed and facilitated numerous workshops and training programs including the fundamentals of Human Resources, sexual harassment, behavioral interviewing, creating a positive working environment, generational diversity, management and supervision, leadership skills and developing key performers.  She has also been a featured speaker for several organizations including the Small Business Development Partnership with Shippensburg University

An entertaining presenter, Dennette combines her HR background in a variety of industries (including re-insurance, distribution, health care and government) to help make the art of change easier for every type of organization.

Dennette currently holds membership status in the Society for Human Resources Management and Human Resources Professionals of Central Pennsylvania.  She also maintains certifications in Professional Human Resources from Villanova University and Human Resources from SHRM Learning Systems.
